如何应对英语面试追问。
追问通常是在索要缺失的证据、责任、判断依据或反思。不要从头重讲整个故事；找到缺口，直接回答。
使用“停顿—澄清—回答—确认”
- 短暂停顿，不急着填满空白。
- 问题太宽时先确认角度。
- 先回答缺失重点。
- 补一个具体案例或数字。
- 确认面试官是否需要更多细节。

If I understand correctly, you’re asking why I chose that tradeoff rather than what the team delivered. My decision was based on the two-week deadline and the support risk we had already measured. I can walk you through the alternative we rejected if helpful.
