如何用英语回答“Tell me about yourself”。
有效的回答，是用短短一段话说明你最近的经历为什么适合这个岗位；它不是完整自传，也不该像背简历。
使用“现在—证据—方向”结构
- 现在：用一句话说明你当前的职业重点。
- 证据：选择一到两个能证明相关能力的经历。
- 方向：把下一步目标与眼前岗位连接起来。
英文示例
I’m a product manager focused on B2B workflow tools. In my current role, I led a redesign of our onboarding flow and worked with engineering and sales to reduce time-to-value for new accounts. That experience made me especially interested in products where adoption depends on complex team behavior, which is why this role stood out to me.
常见错误
- 从童年或不相关教育讲起，没有尽快进入岗位。
- 只列职责，不提供决策和结果证据。
- 逐字背诵，导致追问一来就接不住。
- 结尾没有说明为什么现在想争取这个机会。
