英语面试指南
自然、不机械的 STAR 英语面试回答示例。
STAR 代表 Situation、Task、Action 和 Result。它是规划结构，不是逐字稿；回答的大部分时间应放在你的行动和结果证据上。
实用比例
- Situation：一两句话交代背景。
- Task：你负责的任务、限制或决定。
- Action：你做了什么以及为什么，通常是最长部分。
- Result：结果、证据和学到的东西。
英文示例
Our activation rate had fallen after a pricing change. I owned finding the first friction point. I reviewed session data, interviewed eight new customers, and worked with design to test a shorter setup path. The test improved activation by 11 percent, so we shipped it and added the interviews to our monthly research cycle.
